• No exposed midriffs.
• No spaghetti straps.
• No excessively tight or revealing clothing.
• No inappropriate wording or symbols.
• Modest swimwear for water outings.
5. I will respond appropriately to correction. Perfection is not required, but a positive and lasting response to correction is expected.
6. I understand that failure to abide by the Code of Conduct will result in either temporary or permanent removal from the group.
Attendance Commitment Policy
This group counts on its adult members in order to function. By joining, the parent is committing to attending co-op group meeting days for the entire school year. Barring illness, emergency, or a rarely scheduled event, the parent will make every effort to be at every co-op group day. As the primary educators, parents or guardians must make educational decisions appropriate for their family.
The parent or guardian may discontinue participation in this group at any time with no refund of class deposit, if applicable. The class moderator may also end individual student participation in the group at any time at her or his discretion.

Facility Use Policy
All areas of the meeting location—including the buildings, playgrounds, sidewalks, and planted areas—shall be respected and treated with care. Any area of the facility that the group uses must be tidied and ready for the next facility event. STUDENTS and teachers shall tidy up after each class. This includes wiping tables, chairs, whiteboards, and straightening tables/chairs. Additionally, the floors shall be vacuumed clean of any stray crumbs or debris. Our group is blessed with the provision of a wonderful facility, and we thank God for allowing us to use this property. In turn, we are committed to respecting the facility and grounds any time we use them. All participants shall strive to be good stewards and leave any used areas better than they found them.
Dress Code Policy
We want our group to be a place where young hearts and minds are protected from a world that often asks kids to grow up too quickly. Our children are growing and developing, and our standards of dress for them as well as for ourselves should reflect modesty. The dress code is outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.

Smoking/Vaping & Technology Policies
There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the church campus or during group field trips and events off campus.
The use of electronic devices for students is NOT allowed UNLESS required by class. This includes, iPads or tablets, cameras, computers, and cell phones.
This policy also applies to adults while in class, so adults will be able to give full attention to the children and co-op activities.
Illness & Absence Policy
In consideration of the well-being of the group, please do not bring a child who is displaying ANY symptoms of illness. If a child has been ill within the last 48 hours, refrain from bringing him or her to the group gathering. Several member families have multiple children, so one sick child at the group gathering could infect a family for several weeks.
Some absences due to illness or family emergency are expected over the weeks. Since every parent’s presence is integral at co-op each week, it is very important that any parent needing to be absent notify any co-teacher or assistant as soon as possible.
Drop Off Policy
We are not a drop-off program. Parents or guardians are required to remain on campus with their children for the duration of the co-op group day. Every adult’s help is needed to ensure that classes and activities run smoothly and efficiently. This means that all parents will be involved in classes in some way for the majority of the time at co-op. Each parent will be expected to teach or assistant teach during class time.
Child Safety Policy
Since we are under the church’s insurance policy will have to follow their child safety policy and procedures. The church will need copies of your criminal background checks and child abuse clearance if they do not already have one on file.
